Dalkeith is one of Perth’s most premium suburbs. Surrounded by the beautiful Swan River on three sides, its established leafy green streets, parks and premium retail is the ideal to many Perth homeowners.

Orea, meaning beautiful, is an architecturally designed, boutique residential development that is every bit as sophisticated as the suburb in which it resides. The development required a corporate identity and brand scheme that articulates the coming together of idyllic natural surrounds balanced with unique architectural form.

With balance in mind, a bespoke capital ‘O’ was developed that could be executed in two distinctly different ways. One represents the suburb’s natural environment in a Mandala styled icon, the other reflects the more curated and considered aesthetic of the development itself. The two versions of the logo merge in a harmonious juxtaposition that gives equal strength to each other and visually communicates a lifestyle in perfect balance.
